In 1982, Canadian nurse Cindy James received a strange phone call. She had no idea it was the beginning of a chain of events that would lead to years of vicious harassment and only end with her death. Over a six-and-a-half-year period, James would file nearly 100 complaints with local police for property damage, threatening notes, home invasions, arson, and even violent attacks.
